Once we have discussed the scope, I can better answer this. If the answer is yes, and you need me to arrange for permits, that is most definitely a thing we do. If you want to procure them yourself, that’s totally fine as well! Once you have them securely in hand, we can schedule the job.

Some contractors believe that construction is messy work and that’s how it must be from start to finish. This is true, to a degree, but it doesn’t have to be a disaster. Working tidy means that we will make sure that the home is swept and cared for throughout the process. A clean site is a safe site, after all. We’re tradespeople, not animals.
